Northern District of Georgia Implementation of NextGen CM/ECF on April 15, 2019

On Monday, April 15, 2019, the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia is scheduled to implement the Next Generation of CM/ECF (NextGen). All CM/ECF users who wish to e-file on or after April 15, 2019 MUST complete a two-step process for continued e-filing access.

First, prior to April 15, 2019, users should obtain an individual, upgraded PACER account. Users who currently are filing in a NextGen court (such as the 11th Circuit) already have completed this step. Users who have not completed this step should do so before April 15th by following the links available on the Court's website at:  http://www.gand.uscourts.gov/nextgen-information

Second, on and after April 15, 2019, users must link their current Northern District of Georgia CM/ECF account with their upgraded, individual PACER account.
